Refund policy

• We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
• Please note that ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED and in their original packaging (opened or unopened).
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at westlakedream@163.com with your order number and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
• We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
• Once your return is received, it will be processed within 2 business days, and you will receive an email confirming the return 
• Please allow 2-6 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment.
