Where do you ship from?
We have strategically established three fulfillment centers across the United States: Atlanta, California, and New Jersey. Fast, reliable, and closer to you.
What is the return policy?
- We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at westlakedream@163.com with your order # and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
- We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
- We will email you once your return is received and processed.

- Free shipping on orders $49 and above within the USA.
- For orders under $49, the shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- We only ship within the USA.

- Standard Shipping takes 4-8 business days.
- All orders ship from our warehouses in California, New Jersey or Atlanta.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry, but we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes! All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or plain envelopes.
Why is my card declined?
Check your credit card statement and make sure you enter the street number, street name and zip code exactly as they appear on your statement when entering your billing details.
